Palworld | How To Upload Your Own Local Palworld World Files Print

  • 1

In this article we show you step-by-step on how to upload your own local Palworld world files into your MazenHost server.

Please note that when you transfer your local server files to your MazenHost server, the host player is going to lose their character's progress. As a result, we highly recommend the host player to store their pals and items in a storage space before transferring the files over.

Locating the Local Server Files

1. Open the game and click on  Start Game  which takes you to your worlds list.

2. Select the world you want to retrieve the files from and click on the folder icon in the bottom left.

3. Now ZIP all the files you see in this folder.

Uploading the Local World to your MazenHost Server

1. Go to the game panel and select your Palworld server. Make sure your server is turned OFF before making any changes.

2. Navigate to the  Files  tab and from there to  Pal -> Saved -> SaveGames -> 0  , and open the last folder which is named a bunch of characters.

3. Delete all the files you see in that folder.

4. Upload your ZIPPED folder in there and unarchive it.

5. Done! You can now start your server and enjoy your local world with your friends.

Please note that if you upload the  WorldOption.sav  file, your server is going to override current server configuration options you've set.
